Award-Winning Remodeler Creates Customers for Life

Have clients who ain’t got no satisfaction? Then you probably ain’t got many leads. NAHB’s Remodeler of the Month award recipient has built most of his business strategy around exceeding the expectations of his current clients, and maintaining consistent communication with his previous clients. As the company approaches its 60th anniversary, the strategy appears to be working.
