As Floods Recede, Life Resumes in Louisiana

Two weeks after unrelenting rain caused massive flooding in and around Baton Rouge, communities are slowly coming back to life. But the work of providing housing for the more than 2,000 people whose homes were severely damaged has just begun. NAHB Senior Officer Randy Noel is working with the state HBA leadership and the task force it created to help Baton Rouge home builders and remodelers prepare for the onslaught of work ahead.
