La Plaza Village has broken ground! Led by developer Trammel Crow/High Street Residential in partnership with Principal Real Estate Investors and the Cesar Chavez Foundation, La Plaza is a transit-oriented mixed-use project located on a 3.7-acre site in the historic core of Los Angeles.
Designed by architect Johnson Fain, La Plaza Village will consist of four buildings ranging from 5-7 stories tall and will provide 355 multifamily units, 20 percent of which are dedicated to affordable housing. More than 40,000 sf of retail will provide exciting options for residents and visitors. The project will be built on a historic paseo, linking to La Plaza de Cultura y Artes Museum, Olvera Street and Union Station. Learn more about La Plaza here and in in the Los Angeles Times.
